Invite your groups, family or friends to dine with us, and BEAST Craft BBQ Co. will donate a portion of the total proceeds brought in by your supporters! 

Donation Percentages

over $1000 = 15% 

We will provide you with a pdf file to print for a flyer.

Things to Know

  • Flyers must be presented to the cashier when ordering to receive donation for the sale. No electronic copies accepted. 
  • Valid for both Dine-In & Take-Out.
  • A completed W-9 is required for payment.
  • It is extremely important to distribute the flyer for a successful fundraiser. It is the invitation for your supporters, and the requirement for proper credit.


  • Requires at least 2 weeks notice.
  • Fundraiser must be held on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening.
  • Not valid with other promotions or offers.
  • Not valid on Gift Card sales. 
  • BEAST Craft BBQ Co. does not allow flyers to be passed out on company property.
  • BEAST Craft BBQ Co. does not authorize it's employees to pass out flyers.
  • Flyers must not be stuffed in mailboxes (federal offense). If mailing, use postage through the US postal service.

Good Ideas

  • Team up with others in your group to create a distribution list. How will your team distribute the information?
  • Make announcements on social media, websites, local papers, church bulletins or newsletters 2-3 weeks in advance.
  • Make sure flyers are fully distributed 1 week before the event.
  • Use social media or email to send out reminders 2-3 days in advance.
  • Call to remind supporters the day before the event.
